Is it free?

Yes. No subscription, no trial and no ads. Cloudflare WARP and Psiphon are free networks; JOE VPN is a free app that uses them.

Do I need an account?

No. The app registers a WARP device for itself on first run. There is no login screen.

Why two tunnels?

Networks block differently. Some block WARP, some block Psiphon, rarely both. Two tunnels keep you online.

Does JOE VPN keep logs?

JOE VPN runs no servers of its own. Your traffic leaves through Cloudflare's or Psiphon's network, and the app stores no account or browsing data.
